Absolutely gorgeous georgian hotel, staff are amazing, polite, kind, helpful, warm & welcoming. Location is gorgeous & surrounded by the river. Stunning area. Will most definately come back.

This Hotel is one of the warmest friendliest customer focused hotels I've stayed at. A hotel where customer experience comes first and foremost. Cannot commend the staff enough, so helpful in everyday. Comfortable rooms, relaxing ambience, and delicious food. Peaceful walks on the grounds and a lovely leisure centre to avail of jacuzzi and sauna. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel for corporate stay or a relaxing or romantic break.

Held our wedding reception there recently. Highly recommend it everyone had a great time, the staff are fantastic and the reception was amazing.

Went for afternoon tea. Food was OK but delphwear needs an upgrade, too many mismatched items. Tea pot lid broken.

Our conference and stay at Castle oaks Hotel was made extremely special by their wonderful staff. Particularly Josephine and Maggie they were the epitome of Irish hospitality at its very best. These two ladies are in valuable to Castleoaks…

It's in a truly beautiful location, lots of Beautiful walks along The Shannon ,great Views and almost Magical Woods. Almost expected a Hobbit to appear. The House/Hotel itself is Lovely. Staff were so helpful and went out of their way to help. We had Dinner in the bar, very tasty and lovely dessert. Definitely worth a visit

A pleasant hotel with friendly staff if a little faded. Great room and thankfully quiet given there was a noisy wedding the Sunday we stayed. Fine breakfast but the dinner menu is average.
