My wife and I were visiting Ireland for five nights and were looking for somewhere special to have breakfast. Thankfully, my wife came across Alma, and from the moment we walked in we knew we’d found a gem.
From start to finish, the whole experience was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. A special mention has to go to the gentleman who was organising all the tables and seating – he was fantastic and made everyone feel welcome while keeping everything running so smoothly.
Every member of staff went above and beyond, and the food was absolutely delicious. We loved it so much that it became our go-to breakfast spot, and we ended up coming back every single morning during our stay.
Not once over the five visits were we disappointed. The food, coffee, service and atmosphere were consistently exceptional every single time.
If you’re looking for the perfect breakfast or brunch in Dublin, I honestly couldn’t recommend Alma highly enough. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Ireland!

I was here 3 years ago and gave it a 5-star review. But I went back again yesterday and was disappointed. I ordered the choripan argento. I asked if I could swap the eggs for something else as I can't eat them. They said no. So I ended up paying €16.40 for one small slice of toast, with some salsa and one sausage. I was still hungry leaving. They tried to push a to go coffee when we were paying.

I had the ragu toast at Alma today and it was amazing! I thought it had so many amazing editions that I typically wouldn't combine together, it tasted amazing and the portion size was big as well! I left feeling so full and happy.
The space and service was amazing. I loved the vibe of the place and how light and airy it felt, I could definitely see myself coming here again with friends. Definitely recommend!

Had the most incredible lunch here. The food is amazing, fantastic quality and flavours. We also had a mimosa which was made with fresh orange juice. Definitely a must if in Dublin. We got lucky and got a table without a booking.

I visited here with Maria, a Dublin local who swore this was the best brunch spot in the city, and she was right. The avocado toast with poached eggs and the French toast with fresh berries were both excellent, the food looked great and tasted even better. Service was fast and we got our orders in quickly. Worth seeking out if you are in the area.

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I recommend making a reservation before visiting, as there is usually a waiting line and the place is quite small.

Food at ALMA is like its name, it has SOUL. I have been many times, tried different dishes and pastries, always great!! Hope they grow to other areas in Dublin.
