Good experience. Service is very good, friendly and helpful. The room is a bit small by North American standards but is quite comfortable and nicely appointed. Pretty good location. 20 minute walk to Temple Bar area, 15 minutes to the river.

The hotel's location is excellent; I walked around without ever taking public transportation.
The rooms are clean, the staff is attentive (without my asking, they saw me struggling to put my umbrella in the plastic cover to keep the entrance from getting wet, and they helped me by doing it for me), and the breakfast is excellent.
I tried the laundry service and everything went smoothly!
I recommend this property.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast, staff very pleasant. Hotel is very spacious and well located on O Connells street. Close to public transport links. I feel that there is a lack of general upkeep on O Connells street, being our main thoroughfare in our Capital City.

Terrific hotel, rooms are top quality and staff are really friendly and helpful. booking.com put us in a twin rather than a double but hotel made change without issue. Hallways are vast with a bit of stairs likely on walk to room, but that is only downside. Impeccably clean and a great nights sleep. Breakfast is a buffet , good quality, hot and wide selection of choice from full Irish to continental. 5 star stay.

The quality and size of the rooms and the breakfast left much to be desired. The reception manager was completely unsuitable; he ignored legitimate complaints from guests. We were on the verge of leaving the hotel and finding alternative accommodation. Only Viktoria, a staff member from Argentina, salvaged the situation with her friendliness and dedication.
