Their covid19 collection service was top class, tasty food, high quality and quick friendly service. Nice handy accessibile location on the N7 too. Back a few years later, still top notch carvery, what this service is famous for. Very nice food, and quick service. Highly recommend. Got a lovely early Christmas dinner today.

Food fantastic and very reasonable

The Poitin Still is situated in Rathcoole just outside Dublin on the N7. A pub museum with artifact in every corner and space. The staff were so pleasant and helpful, they were busy and found us a spot quickly. The food was delicious I had seafood pie and my party had the Turkey and ham and the Golfers dinner. All were delicious, really tasty and we enjoyed our meals. Definitely drop in and try it!

Busy for a Wednesday and very good food. Lynsey was great serving us at the till.

It's been years since I was last in here, and now I've been in 2 days in a row! It was so nice yesterday we decided to come back again today 😁 loads of choices in the carvery and very generous portions, the roast beef was pure quality! It's very busy at lunchtime but the staff do a tremendous job and with manners and a smile, deserts were delicious and fresh aswell and I think I'll be back here an awful lot more in the near future ❤️❤️

As a vegetarian I was quite confused on what to choose from the menu.Ordered a rice and Indian curry.Wowww....it's superb tasty with good amount of spice and gave a huge portion for my tummy. There was no space to have a dessert.Would like visit again to taste those amazing deserts on their menu

As always food and service is fantastic, we have eaten here many times over the years, Highly recommend this pub for fantastic and varied menus. One pece of advice Please make the trifle like you used to, with proper custard, thick and solid the last two occasions it was more like a packet custard, i.e. runny

Dined in An Poitin Stil as a bus group of 30 people in Aug 25. We were a group from Limerick who were looking for dinner on our way home from a show in Dublin. From start to finish the experience was superb. Aileen had been in touch over and back to me with menu options, prices etc for weeks before. Once we got there everything went perfect. The food, the service and the price. The restaurant was really busy, so I was a bit concerned that there may be delays, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I can't recommend it highly enough for a larger group. We had two waitresses looking after us throughout and they were lovely. It was my first time in An Poitin Stil but it certainly wont be my last. The location if perfect for anyone heading down the M7. Well done to all !!!
