This was an unexpected pleasure. I met a friend here for a bite to eat after work. They live in Dunshaughlin, I don't. I hadn't been to An Sibin before but I was blown away. Gorgeous decor, it was just done for Christmas and looked very festive. The service was excellent. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by smiling, friendly staff who took our order and got us seated. Throughout the meal they checked on us and offered great suggestions for dessert. We both had battered fish and chips, neither of us liked mushy peas so the staff member suggested alternatives to suit us. Desserts were a chocolate brownie with ice cream and cream, and sticky toffee pudding. A gorgeous experience and I will definitely return.
