An Sibin in Dunshaughlin

Our retirement group (23 people) had a late lunch at An Sibin, and we're made very welcome. The carvery and salmon, with a great choice in meats, we're delicious. Veggies & potatoes (various types) were delicious. The waitresses/waiters were very helpful and very kind. There was a vegetarian option. I did not have dessert. I highly recommend this place.

Splendid food was so good staff were friendly and very helpful.. If there is one thing I would say is they could be a little more generous with the food .. My carvery was excellent but a bit small im Gulen free i wanted a hafe plate i got a couple of slices of beef with a spoonful of vegetables and a spoonful of Gulen free gravy my plate had less food on it than my mom's hafe portion and they charged me for a full dinner!! It was not worth the the money I won't be returning sadly to say as they have improved there standards but it was disappointing portions and over charging to say the least the castle arch in Trim is still the best 👌

Great for Sunday Carvery saves cooking at home. Good portions and good choice. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Waiters are lovely and friendly. Unfortunately we tried only desserts - but were tasty. Mostly 90% of menu with meat and the only non-alcoholic drink they found for me tasted like a beer( but the atmosphere is nice. Guinness was great! Prices are: 7-9€ starters, 20-30€ main dish and 9€ desserts.

We stopped off at An Sibin for a bite to eat on our way to Cavan. It did not disappoint. A lovely, friendly bar, small nooks and crannies, comfortable seating and a varied menu. Food was piping hot and delicious. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. We will definitely be back.

A lovely pub ,restaurant,great carvery lunch and a la carte menu reasonable prices.Really lovely helpful staff

Had breakfast here, absolutely lovely, service was spot on, would love to go back some day.
