We arrived just after opening, the place was cold, the staff looked unkempt and the chef was late. On the positive side, the coffee was good as was the sausage and pudding.

We have been coming to this Café every Friday for a year and whenever we can we will continue to come. We love the attention of all the staff, the food and the atmosphere. We totally recommend it!

The Boathouse

29/12/2024: Sitting outside overlooking the small lake with the ducks and wildlife on a rainy morning or even a sunny summer is just as beautiful. I had a soup of the day and a toasted ham and cheese sandwich.
16/12/2024: Lovely sausage rolls,scones and hot tea on a chilly Sunday morning. Great seating area watching the ducks on the pond
