Food is amazing and staff are so friendly

It's a solid, no-frills B&B: warm welcome, clean room, comfortable bed, great shower, quality breakfast. There was no noise at all from the bar below. Check-in is done at the bar. You'll get a hair dryer on request. There's no parking or set-down at all on-site but the St John's Lane car park nearby is €3 per day - payment in coins only. The restaurant serves pub grub - lighter options and fresh food are rare, but they're well equipped for gluten intolerance. The Eggs Benedict at breakfast were truly superb, with just the right amount of light, lemony hollandaise.
