Angel Art in Mullingar

Brought our 9 year old daughter in at the weekend for her second ear piercing. There is so much more to Angel Art than meets the eye. We were brought upstairs by Angel to a large 2nd floor which was divided into smaller rooms so customers had a little bit of privacy. Angel was wonderful, explained everything in a child friendly way and made our daughter feel really at ease with her. The piercing was done with a needle which I wasn’t expecting and was done so quickly even our daughter was shocked that it was over and said that it was so much easier than when she had her ears pierced the first time with the gun. Angel also gave her a squishy as a distraction which she was delighted with. Would highly recommend Angel Art for children’s ear piercing. Our daughter had a wonderful experience.

A wonderful quirky place. An atmosphere of calm, wonderful collection of new age stuff, incense in the air, kate bush on the sound system. I could spend all day there and not buy anything and leave with much more than I had going in. Great place with wonderful staff. 10/10.

I cannot recommend Joanne in angel art enough for piercing. My 7yo daughter decided she wanted to have her ears pierced. Joanne was so patient with her through the whole process. She spoke directly to her, making sure she knew what was going to happen. My little girl got very upset after the first piercing but Joanne was so chill. She chatted with her the whole time until my child consented to the second piercing. When consent was given she was so quick. My little girl is very happy with both her ears pierced now and I dont believe anyone else would have been able to. Joanne explained to her the importance of cleaning and as a result she allows me to clean with no fuss. Amazing.

I got my very first tattoo this morning and the lovely Lorna done it for me and surpassed all expectations I ever had from the experience to the finished piece! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole experience as well as my mother who stayed with me. I wasn't made feel silly for this or for asking any questions. She made sure I was 100% happy with the sizing before starting. The work put into the range of sizing alone was fantastic. I got a small but meaningful tattoo which was big to me. So there was three dots in between letters which I had only recently spoken to Lorna about putting colours on but I was unsure. I told her just this morning that I was going with the colours and showed her. She was so calm and relaxed about it all. Mixing the colours to perfection and in no way making me feel it was a problem. All before this making us cups of tea with a big smile and warm, friendly chats. She is truly an angel and a beautiful girl who I am so beyond grateful to for my beautiful tattoo and the wonderful experience of my first one! I have already decided that I absolutely will get my second tattoo that we talked about and it most definitely will be with Lorna!! 5 stars without a doubt!!

I got my first Tattoo with Lorna last week. Well she was amazing. So friendly and gentle. We had a great chat while we were there, and it put me right at ease. The place was extremely clean and sterile. Also while i was there I decided to update my daith piercing. I bought a new ring and one of the girls very kindly put it in for me. I will defo be back again, and would hight recommend Angel Art and in particular Lorna.

I went in there on Thursday, the staff were so kind and helpful, I got my piercing done by angel and she was amazing she talked me through every step, I genuinely didn’t feel a thing she was so quick. I didn’t even have time to react, I really do recommend getting your piercings in angel arts you won’t regret it at all!!!!!!!! Thank you so much. :)
