Had a brunch with my boyfriend at this place and we had a great time. The food was good and staff was friendly and nice absolutely lovely people.

I’ve been there 3 times, love outdoor seating. Perfect for catching up with a group of friends. Sad that Press-up group stop doing chicken and waffles… always my to-go order.

We went there for Sunday brunch. The food is delicious. I had the Angelina’s breakfast and herself had the Eggs Benedict, both lovely. The Bloody Mary was nice too. Service was especially good.

This place is amazing! From the beginning to the end we were surprised positively!!! Alberto gave us a great cocktail selection. He is absolutely amazing at the preparation and the tips!!! Jamie the manager had us, super welcoming, friendly and chose a great table for all the group! Food is absolutely tasty and well prepared. Full of flavour. The pizzas are UNREAL!!!! Best place in Ireland for Pizzas.

17/11/2024: Some excellent times spent in this restaurant. Friendly and attentive welcome and service. Very good quality cuisine with good products. The antipasti cold cuts are excellent but the other dishes and pizzas are not to be outdone. A little noisy atmosphere but that's simply because the customers are. The restaurant can’t help it… The Montepulciano is excellent! We dined there 3 times during our stay in Dublin and tried and enjoyed much of the cuisine. Congratulations to the chef, everything was excellent. Special mention to the saltimbocca and chicken supremes, whether with creamy mushroom or vegetable sauce, delicious! Thanks to Ismael for his welcome and to the whole team for their professionalism. See you soon

Sparks

14/10/2024: Had a great evening here at a birthday party on Saturday night. The food was absolutely delicious with a great choice which caters for everyone. The service was excellent especially as we were a large group. Will definitely be back soon and am very happy to recommend Sparks.
10/10/2024: The ambiance in Sparks Bistro balances perfectly a cozy dining atmosphere and an outstanding service. They have an open kitchen where you can see how your food is prepared; this gives an extra boost of confidence and transparency about what you’re getting. Nevertheless, the food was amazing and the staff profesional, but very welcoming and friendly at the same time. I’ll definitely go back there again!
