Anglers Rest in Dublin

The food here is amazing, especially the butter and ketchup made by the restaurant themselves—they're delicious! I've never had butter that's so soft, sweet, and salty, and doesn't make me feel sick after eating too much. The soup of the day and the bread were creamy and flavorful, since it's a mix of various vegetables. Oh my god, out of everything, I loved the chicken parfait the most! It was a highlight, a delectable handmade parfait 💙💙. The Irish Beef was also mouthwatering, and its side potato was savory! The service and the interior design of the restaurant were also wonderful. I could feel the Irish sense of lifestyle right away when I walked in! Overall, this was one of the best experiences for me, and I'll definitely come back if I ever get a chance.

Exceeded my expectations in all aspects, in terms if atmosphere, service, food quality, serving size. Reasonable price as well. Two starters, beer, dessert and coffee for 45,5€. I smelled smoked fish. Wanf to go back to try that.

Quaint, out of the way restaurant pub. Great ambiance inside, as well as outside. Delicious food, casual, non-hurried service.

Overall a pleasant time, just felt it was a little pricy for 2 starters and 2 glasses of wine €55 . Otherwise enjoyed the time

We recently had our wedding at Wrights Anglers Rest, and it exceeded every expectation we had. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The food was unbelievable, every course was beautifully presented and tasted incredible. So many of our guests commented on how exceptional the meal was, and it was one of the highlights of the day (especially the pork belly!) What really made the experience so special, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and so lovely :) and all wanted to make our day unforgettable. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire planning process and on the day itself. A very special shout-out to Anna and Agata, who were simply the best from day 1!. Their attention to detail, warmth, and dedication ensured everything ran seamlessly. They went above and beyond at every stage and played a huge part in making our wedding day so memorable. Anna got my vision for the day and I cant thank her enough for bringing it to life! We cannot thank the team at Wrights Anglers Rest enough for giving us the most amazing celebration. If you're considering it as a wedding venue, we couldn't recommend it more highly. Thank you again so so much, we look forward to coming back :)

The fish was really good but the vegetables were under seasoned. Nice place for a drink outside before going in to eat

Visited for my daughter's wedding reception. Everything was first rate from start to finish: food, drinks, atmosphere and music.

Honestly its a must do on a sunny day... rainy day..... all weathers. Food is fab

We had an incredible time here last Sunday . An outstanding experience from start to finish with exquisite food, great atmosphere, and a place I would highly recommend. A place worth coming back to.
