Loved the menu, lots to choose from. The vegetarian in our group was blown away with the great selection of dishes available for her.

Wonderful menu that includes a Vegan menu and the Seitan Roast wa delicious. Really friendly staff and very large portions served.

Food is nice, staff are attentive however, it seems they only accept customers dining, even though there is a bar in the front area (which seems to be always empty) they don't accept customers for drinks only.

A very pleasant place for dinner. The food is good, although it's mostly the same old dishes. However, the presentation is good and the portions are generous.

Reasonable quality food for a reasonable price; unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be so common in Ireland anymore. Though the food is nothing to write home about, I must say the quantity of the food is generous, which makes it a good value proposition at those prices. We got the carbonara, lamb roast, and Philly cheesesteak. The latter was the most expensive of the 3 but also the letdown, but the carbonara and lamb roast were competently made. The service was nice enough and the wait was reasonable. Good for a Friday evening. Parking is a bit cramped in case you drive one of those American pick-up monstrosities 🙈

Never disappointed when visiting The Anvil.

Took my partner for food. She loved it so it gets a good review. Cheers lads My little one loved it too, they have baby bowls which are fantastic
