I have ordered a 2 pizzas, my order was late in 2 hours. I called to find out where my order was, and they didn't offer any apologies or offers. They told me to wait another 20 minutes. Okay, but half an hour later, the pizza was still gone. I ended up calling a second time and saying I wasn't happy with it, and only then, 10 minutes later, did they deliver it. The service is terrible. I understand that unforeseen circumstances and problems happen, but you should warn them in advance, apologize, and offer something in return, like a free drink or free delivery. Apache didn't even try to apologize or make amends.

I rang and made a order for a pizza the lads got it out to Glasson lake house no problem still hot and tasty highly recommended
