Handy location and shop is good. Fuel is expensive - which is to be expected from a motorway service station, but was the only place open on New Years Day.

Good food, especially the Lavazza cafe. Warm in winter. However, needs more EV chargers for non-Tesla cars. Everytine I come here now, the chargers are busy and often with people waiting. Coynes Cross Applegreen has twice as many chargers , and even they are often full. Castle B is halfway btwn the two biggest cities on the island. Needs more chargers! Thanks. :-)

It's a services garage. Plenty of hot food options. They done up the loo's , now they were immaculate, but the hand washers and driers , not so easy to use if you haven't come across them before. The hand driers are a joke. Plenty of car and truck parking, and showers 🚿 if people are in need of one.

27/08/2025: Was back in beautiful Connemara for my amazing beautiful nanny Mary Fallon s funeral we had the wake here want say thanks very much for the outstanding service and food by all the staff the beef was the best I have ever eaten and the staff were so welcoming and friendly,beautiful location will definitely be going back when I come over to visit my family in Cashel and clifden Connemara 🙏🇮🇪💚🙏
