Arena 5 in Limerick

We had a brilliant time celebrating my 7 year old’s birthday with bowling and jumplanes. Everything ran so smoothly from the booking to the finish. The jumplanes area was really well monitored, staff were attentive and safety focused. When it was time to move over to bowling, kids drinks were already dropped over and the whole setup was ready for us, which made the transition effortless. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Their organisation and kindness made the day feel easy and enjoyable for everyone.

We arrived early on a wet bank holiday Sunday. We booked our two boys into the trampoline lanes for an hour with my smallest being half price when I informed the staff he has autism. After about 20minutes they had enough jumping and decided they wanted to try another activity. The soft play next to the trampoline lanes had a sign advising they only took children each hour in the hour, my 7 year old wanted to try the glow golf with his dad but my 5 year old had decided he wanted to play in the soft play and wasn’t understanding that he had to wait 40mins for the next slot to open. He was quite visibly upset so I approached the desk to see if we could possibly pay for the full hour even tho there was only half an hour left. The two staff could not have been more accommodating as soon as I told them my little boy has autism. It was honestly the most accommodating and pleasant experience we have had on a family day out. Well done to all the staff you don’t realize how much the positive interaction with staff members when you have a child having a meltdown means to a family of a child with additional needs. Thank you!!

Its ok very expensive to entertain the smallies.

Very good fun afternoon lots of things to do including bowling, jumplanes and indoor golf and soft play for the small ones. Lovely cafe for a coffee and a snack
