Really friendly, personable, cool, and attention staff. We had 2 well behaved kiddos and they were able to fit us right in before it got too busy for dinner. We got the fish & chips and lamb stew - one of the best meals of our 2 week trip! Still thinking about that lamb stew. They had a kids menu and coloring too!

If you're looking for an Irish pub, this is the place. The pub is popular, so it's definitely a good idea to reserve a table in advance. However, you should be punctual for your reservation, as tables are given away faster than you can miss them, given the frequency of Dublin's buses. If you do manage to get a table, you'll be rewarded with friendly and efficient service. There's a small menu with popular dishes, three or four types of beer, and of course, Guinness, since the brewery is just around the corner. Not to mention the countless whiskeys and other spirits displayed on the back wall of the bar. Our meals were tasty and plentiful, so a few hours later, we happily made our way home.
