We went for dinner after visiting the Guinness Store, which is just a few minutes away. The food was good. Good live music. The people who served us were very efficient and friendly.

We had nice Guinness and Cocktails at this bar. The Barkeepers were so lovely , the prices aren’t the lowest though.

Personally, I found everything perfect. Beef sandwich were delicious, and asked for the remainder to be boxed up. Service was impeccable, staff are very amenable. Choice of beers, and the coffee to finish was gorgeous. The Irish coffee was the best I have had in over 30 years

13/04/2026: First pint of Guineas while in Ireland, and was not disappointed! Lovely pub with friendly staff - will definitely be back before we leave!

Grogan's Castle Lounge

06/04/2026: Quirky bar with odd artwork on walls for sale. Like a working men’s club feel inside. Always busy with a mix of locals and tourists. Something to look at everywhere so you will not be bored. They also serve toasties.
