Pastries and cakes are lovely but would be great to have some vegan options

4.6/5, some of the best croissants I’ve tried & the other pastries are very nice as well! We tried the cinnamon roll, Swiss chocolate chip pastry & some of their croissants- which are definitely their best!

Artybaker is a small space, but it offers a great selection of breads and pastries. The loaf is definitely delicious, and the cappuccino was flavorful, creamy, and well made. Highly recommend it.

I love the Arty Baker, every time I go the quality and atmosphere is amazing! Everyone is so happy to see you and it’s so nice not to have to go to Paris for the best French bakes! Also the new Bagels are the best new addition they are delicious! Can’t wait to see what else this awesome business does! Love them!!

Very good quality of food, however since the shop opened quality went downhill showing the owner looks more for profit rather than keeping the quality high and customers happy. The pastries and bread loafs are becoming smaller and smaller while the price is the same... Also sometimes they keep the pastries from the day before but they sell it at the same price! very disappointing as most of people who l know and use to go to the place noticed it. Bread loaf was used to weight 1 kg now is 700 grams, what a pity!

New sister-bakery shop opened across the way beside Grian Cafe. Went down to get a bagel today for lunch, staff were very nice, just a bit disappointed with the price of the bagel being at €10.50. Having paid this price I expected it to be a lot bigger than it was. Giving it a 3 star review as the flavours were nice but it would have been reasonably affordable at €7.00 in my opinion but I understand cost of rent and supplies have unfortunately made it the price it is. I’d recommend it as a once off treat definitely as it gives off New York vibes but I’d see it hard to go back again with the price it is.

Super dog-friendly bakery in Kimmage. Staff are always really friendly and the quality of the bread and pastries is very high.

Delicious lunch options - really simple baguette with high-quality ham and cheese, cornichon and a little bit of dijon. My favourite sandwich, hard to get something in Dublin that isn't smothered in mayo - simple is the best when the ingredients are top quality. Similarly ham and cheese croissant is divine. The only seating they have indoors is high chairs at a high counter - otherwise they have seating outdoors. For days when the weather is bad, I wish they had considered accessibility for all and had low chairs inside - high chairs are not a good option for many people!

Fade St. Social - Restaurant

18/06/2025: We sat outside on a beautiful street worth seeing. It's a nice place where you can come with a few people or a large group, chat and have a drink.
14/06/2025: We had the BEST night on Fade Street, and a huge part of that was thanks to Marco! The loveliest waiter with such a great vibe, so attentive and warm without being over the top. He recommended the margaritas, and wow… they were perfection. Will 100% be back. Thank you Marco, you made the whole experience!

The Morning

17/11/2024: My go to place for pastries - cinnamon bun, coffee walnut bun, almond croissant, the cookies… I’ve had them here many times and was never disappointed.
29/10/2024: It can be very noisy when it's busy
