Fantastic course! The course conditions were perfect - great greens, lush fairways, and well kept tee boxes. There were varied and interesting holes (I’m talking to you, number 13!). The staff was friendly, they honored the Golfamore discount, and it was right next to the Hobson Bay Hotel. We also ate at the club and the lasagne was very, very good. Everything was 5 star.

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and wonderfully down‑to‑earth throughout the entire experience. Caroline is a fantastic manager. The venue itself feels like something lifted straight from a Jane Austen novel, full of charm and quiet grandeur. The grounds are beautifully kept and are picture‑perfect backdrops. Inside, the period‑style rooms and roaring fire create an atmosphere that is both cosy and timeless. The food was out of this world, and the service was truly second to none. Memories we will treasure forever.

07/09/2025: Bring your own pillows and tvs are cheap with only a few channels but location is great and breakfast is good although coffee wasn’t so good
04/09/2025: This is not a 4 star hotel. The room has a strange smell, it was dusty and VERY warm. The AC hardly worked and the window barely let in enough fresh air. The gym was small and the equipment was very poor. Location is great though.
