I have just returned from a 2night stay with my sisters at your hotel & I have to complement you on your staff. From Josh on reception, Breda who serves in front,the girl who served us breakfast & the spa staff all so friendly helpful & so pleasant definitely 5star Rooms were so comfy & spa treatments were perfect so thank you for making our stay so enjoyable I will be recommending your hotel to friends

Had a lovely meal here as part of a group celebration

Booked in for a post Christmas break with my husband. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to the newly renovated penthouse suite. Beautifully decorated room very luxurious!

its right in the centre, didnt stay overnight but hotel is decorated just amaziingg and very good location

Bridge House cant be bettered, for location, food and drink and service.

Busy spot and some good food available

I recently had a carvery dinner at the Bridge House Hotel and honestly, it was one of the most enjoyable evenings I’ve had in a long time. I was served by Emilia, who was absolutely brilliant — so friendly, attentive and welcoming. The service was so good that I ended up staying after and playing cards with the staff! (Don’t worry, the place was quiet… haha!) The whole hotel had a wonderfully festive feel. The decorations were gorgeous, the Christmas vibes were strong, and the staff even dressed up for the occasion, which added so much fun to the atmosphere. Lovely seasonal music played in the background, making it feel warm and cosy from the moment I walked in. The food itself was delicious, cooked to perfection by the brilliant Corkey — you could taste the care that went into every part of the meal. The drinks flowed even better 😉 and kept the festive cheer going all night. To top it all off, the bar had a fantastic atmosphere — relaxed, friendly, and the perfect place to wind down after a great meal. Overall, an unforgettable experience — amazing service from Emilia, great food, festive fun, and brilliant vibes throughout. Highly recommend!
