Balfes in Dublin

The service was great! The food was great! drinks were very good! Santer was very attentive to the dining room! He came to the table several times to check on us! Bonus points for the free birthday dessert for my sister

I had an amazing experience dining at the Westbury. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and all the staff were fantastic. I was served by Sanjeev for both lunch and dinner, and he was consistently friendly, warm, and genuinely honest with his recommendations. His service really made my visits special. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Dublin!

Decent bistro style food. Had the burger which unfortunately as is almost always the case these days, was over done. Good service though and everyone else enjoyed their early dinner.

On the 14th of February my girlfriend and I went in for a 3 course dinner, the service was quick and well timed, our server “Anna” was always polite and friendly towards us with great service to our needs. Excellent food and an overall amazing experience

Booked a table for my partner and me for Valentine’s Day, expecting a sit down table however was sitting on a high table (which was quite small) with my partner on a bar stool and me a bar like couch. Our server was an absolute pleasure, however it was very busy and unfortunately he was unable to give every table the attention you would expect from a setting such as Balfes. My partner asked if he could had mash as a side (noting it was on the menu with another item) and was told that this was not possible and that it was already prepared with the other dish. The food was good however after we had finished we were waiting a good while before the table was cleared (at least 10 minutes and we had to call someone over). For two mains, one side and 3 soft drinks was €82 before a tip. Disappointed with our experience as we were looking it forward to it as treat to ourselves.

Pricey coffee (€5.20 !) but good food, ain't cheap either (€19 for eggs and salmon brunch) Nice service, cool vibes and decor.

Absolutely delicious food. Ena and Anna were so attentive and friendly. The restaurant has a relaxed but sophisticated ambience and environment. Would highly recommend.

Such an amazing experience, staff are amazing, a mix up with the reservation, but these things happen. Food was fab ❤️
