We ordered 3 steaks none of which were cooked the way we ordered .pity .the mushrooms on plate were the size of shirt buttons mixed with the onions so impossible to pick up.in saying that the 10oz steak was good value for 30euro. One of us ordered a side salad which cost 3.50 and a pint of Guinness 5.70 which I think was expensive .a pint of milk 4.00euro was overpriced .eating out is expensive but I think there is better value out there .staff were nice but we were disapointed the never checked in on us mid way to check everything was ok with our meal

Excellent quality and portions of food. However since Theresa has left the Standard of service has ebbed ,and the place is not so busy.

Listen! We've stopped here on the way to Dublin and after 1000 miles travelling round Ireland this is an absolute gem. From the second we walked in there was nothing but a welcoming smile. We ordered a Porterhouse Steak and Guinness which was perfect in every way. This evening just got better with a fantastic welcome from the locals. Dog friendly, people friendly, motorhome friendly and fab! Thanks guys for a great night x
