stopped for coffee and breakfast after a nice run along the banks of the adjacent entrance canal. the bake house is located in an idyllic setting, close to the banks of the canal. We ordered some coffee and some granola pots for breakfast. The food was tasty and filling service was excellent and the coffee was also very good. This is a perfect spot for a stop off for some cake coffee or breakfast.

06/03/2025: We stopped en route and were lucky to get a table as many were reserved. The menu was very varied. We had bacon, cabbage, mash with white sauce and veg, which was absolutely delicious, and a Reen burger, which was also delicious. Desserts were scrumptious too. The music was great and there was a friendly atmosphere. A wonderful first meal on this visit to Ireland.
