Wonderful old home. I really enjoyed Kamla's hospitality.

A stately Victorian home. Kamla is a magnificent hostess.

Kamla makes you feel at home immediately from the moment she greets you at the door. This is a complete hole in the wall find. She is the sweetest and loves interacting with her guests and getting to know you. She takes care of the full property herself (very impressive for the size). She goes above and beyond at making you feel at home as quickly as possible. The views outside are very green and you will likely wake up to the soft, faint sound of birds chirping (video). Her dog is also friendly as she loves pets and belly rubs while you sip on morning coffee (video) The house has wonderful character, inside is well maintained. The rooms are neat, tidy and clean. I believe there are 6 bedrooms and 7 bath so shared spaces are quite minimal between guests. The house is located away from most towns. If you don’t have a car… I would HIGHLY recommend scheduling a cab early in advance (CALL AHEAD) otherwise you may not be able to get a ride. Otherwise driving in would be feasible as the driveway is quite large and spacious for cars.
