Bamboo Court in Letterkenny

Never had any issues with the food, always top notch. But the service this past 2 orders I’ve made hasn’t been the best. Few weeks ago, I was missing a fried rice and bottle of 7up from the order, rang and was told I would get it the next time I order. Got that sorted. Next order was I missing a portion of sauce for the 4 in 1 and a large chips. Was told I could get these added to my next order. Also ordered 3 bubble teas at the same time and waited over 30 mins for them, even though my hot food order was ready. Asked for a refund as I hadn’t time to wait, and was told they would be ready soon. The order was placed at 6.05 for a 6.30 collection and it was 7 before I got the 3 teas. Yes they were busy, but I kept getting told they would be ready soon. If they ran out of the tea, they should have just refunded my money instead of making me wait.
