The staff are lovely and the cocktails are amazing!

Really loved Bar 1661. I’m not usually a fan of whiskey-based cocktails, but there were so many options and the cocktails were genuinely brilliant. The staff were excellent and gave us some great recommendations. The welcome drink was also such a lovely touch. Would definitely go back!

What an amazing gem! This bar was recommended to us by our guide at Roe & Co. We weren't quite sure what we would find but it ended up being the highlight of our trip. The place was full when we arrived which turned out to be our good fortune because that pitt us at the bar where we were able to watch the magic happen. There bar tender was super friendly and more importantly VERY skilled at his craft. We had four different cocktails and each were very refined. Probably the best cocktails that we have ever had which is saying a lot! Thank you for such an awesome experience!

Bar 1661 is definitely worth a visit! The drinks are truly excellent, made with high-quality ingredients and prepared with great care. You can immediately tell that they place a high value on quality and craftsmanship. It's especially lovely to watch the team at work. Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves and is passionate about what they do, and you can tell they really know their menu and exactly what they're doing. At the same time, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. We even received some great tips for our stay in Dublin, which we thought was a particularly thoughtful and kind gesture. A thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Niche cocktails with lots of unusual and creative options!

Selina and Jonty were amazing. Really friendly and accommodating. They made some good suggestions on the flavor profiles in the drinks
