Lovely place. Amazing pizzas. The Margherita was the best I have had. Shay was our waitress. Super professional, friendly, lovely. Strongly recomend this place.

Bar Italia is hands down the best Italian restaurant in Dublin! The seafood pasta was the best pasta I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. If you’re in the mood for authentic Italian cuisine, this place is a must-visit!

If you want to try authentic Italian food, Bar Italia is the perfect spot!
The primi were exceptional (tagliatelle al ragù di salsiccia and strozzapreti cacio e pepe), but the pinsa with ‘nduja and onions was unbelievable.
Perfect ending with the tiramisù.
We’ll definitely be back!

We ate at Bar Italia during our week in Dublin and we had a wonderful experience. The waiter Shayane, was wonderful and kind. She suggested some specials for us to try and Carbonara was great and fresh pasta as she mentioned. They have a great wine list. I’d definitely recommend

Bar Italia was recommended to us by our daughter who had visited previously so I was fairly confident of a good experience. And it was. We arrived slightly earlier than our reservation time but this wasn't a problem and we were shown straight to a table in an almost full restaurant. The serving staff were friendly and attentive. I chose the Pasta Carbonara and was warned about it being salty and peppery - and it was too, but in a very good way. My wife chose the Pizza Margherita made with 72-hour fermented dough. Having eaten a fair few pizzas over the years I can safely say it was probably one of the nicest pizzas I've tasted. And finished off with a warm chocolate fondant dessert. All in all, an excellent meal and, in my opinion, very reasonably priced.

La cuisine est excellente (pâtes carbonara traditionnelle et tagliatelles au ragoût de saucisse maison) et le service agréable
Par contre attention si vous êtes dans la salle au sous sol, très mauvaise insonorisation. Du coup la table d’à côté très bruyante a rendu notre repas très désagréable
Nous avons fait la remarque au serveur mais le manager n’a proposé que d’attendre qu’une autre table se libère ! Nous avions presque fini !
