Went into Barbecue Cowboys tonight for food and I certainly wasn’t disappointed, had tried it once before in Hollyfort and thought the food was amazing but tonight was genuinely some of the greatest food I have ever tasted and the interaction myself and people I was with had with the staff there this evening just made the overall experience even more memorable 😊 we ordered the sharing platter as we couldn’t decide what we wanted and this box literally contained a bit of everything we were looking for, the chicken wings and ribs were smokey and tender and combined with the BBQ sauce was just amazing, the onion rings were probably the best I’ve ever tasted but the brisket was absolutely delicious and the smokey and slightly spicy flavour it has will not be beaten by any other food establishment in county Wexford 🙌😊 the staff were some of the most friendly and respectful people I’ve ever met in my life and it just rounded off a lovely pleasant experience, they even ran a few new product ideas past us and gave us samples of food that wasn’t included in the sharing platter, an overall 10/10 experience and we will be back to sample those new products very soon 😜🙌
