Barbecue Cowboys in

Was visiting Bunclody (from Co. Galway) and looking for good bbq. Arrived a little after 4 and they weren’t open yet. Didn’t realize there was a music festival on which probably delayed the opening. Very limited menu, only proper bbq was the pulled pork which we did get. Burger and goujons weren’t what we came for. Pulled pork was decent but again we were hoping for a bit more. Maybe another time.

Great food and the staff were super friendly and attentive

We had to try today the brisket and loaded fries, and I have to say, it was like I was used to it when they were in Holyfort. Very tasty and really class. Since a long time, one of the best briskets I have tried. Go there, its worth it, we will for sure come back soon.

It's on St John Street beside that pub on the corner. Really hard to find a place like this, so was delighted to get a box brisket and a burger and a big sausage! Had a great time! Welcoming staff! And good humour!!!
