Barnacles in Galway

01/04/2024: Hi I just wanted a take away coffee I know the cafe was extremely busy however if you offer a takeaway service I would expect that you run it efficiently, there seem to be adequate staff on including owner working however no one was taking takeaway orders. I attempted to ask 2 staff one put up her hand up and said she was busy the other laughed with colleagues and eventually served myself and the 2 other people behind me waiting to order coffees, very disappointed. I work in a busy retailer manner cost nothing all the girl had to say was I’ll be back or I’ll get someone as for the staff member that served me I felt I was and inconvenience. Very disappointing

31/03/2024: I stood for 4 minutes waiting for my coffee and watched a bit. The man in the red shirt immediately approached us. A big plus for the person who coordinates this place so well. You can see that the employees give their all. Despite the heavy traffic, there is no chaos, but rather order. It's hard to find a place like this in Ireland. The coffee is very good, maybe just a bit too hot
