Barne Lodge in

my wife and I visited Barne lodge after a trip to clonmel and the nearby apple farm. a true country inn for pub grub..v busy ( always a good sign!) my wife had bacon and cabbage and I had the chicken wings main course...superb food.. followed by the most amazing bread and butter pudding with custard...absolutely outstanding restaurant and staff so friendly...worth a visit....

Place looked like it needs a revamp. Food very ordinary. Salads very disappointing.

Was here for a colleague's going away do and I was pleasantly surprised. It was my first time here. Staff very friendly from the moment I entered. Very quick to find me a place to sit and offered me a menu for food. I had warm honey chicken salad and it was very tasty. Had finger food later with colleagues and all again very tasty. Mix of pizzas, chicken wings, sausages sandwiches etc. I would definitely call again
