I’ve been in twice over the last two Mondays, and on both occasions I was served by the same short woman with dark hair. Unfortunately, she was very rude and dismissive both times. Good customer service doesn’t cost anything, but this experience has completely put me off. I won’t be back.

We tried Base Wood Fire Pizza even though the reviews were ok and I thought it was amazing!! Would DEFINITELY come back again! It was delicious 😋

03/09/2026: True Traditional Dublin Chipper. Unfortunately their website is down/gone, clicking on wbste redirects to a justeat page but Aprile doesn't exist in the JE app. Also not showing on Google listing. That said: Consistently good quality, totally fresh foods - meats, spuds, and dressings like salad veg and sauces. All with properly aligned-to-consumer aka reasonable/accessible pricing (unlike the tourist trap that used to be up the road). However, I am a bit concerned that Aprile Portobello have dropped off Google Search entirely, recently. Not merely "top listing" on a Google Search. They have no visibility, and I was recently directed to C. Aprile Stillorgan (Stillorgan is not much use to potential customers in Rathmines-Terenure-HaroldsCross and surrounding areas) and a defunct JustEat page.
