Bastible in Dublin

Maravilloso menú degustación desde el primer sabor hasta los últimos petit fours. Cada plato una delicia para el paladar, especialmente los platos de pescado y ciervos. El personal muy amable y servicial nos mantuvo iluminados y entretenidos. Definitivamente volveré

I went to bastible 2 weeks ago and it was just delicious, I ate the best butter I've ever eat and I'm from France. Great wine paring! The staff is really friendly. It was an amazing experience!

Really good food, good wines and good service.

An evening at Bastible was definitely the right way to mark the changing of the seasons with a local and thoughtful menu. I look forward to returning in Winter to see what inspiration has struck the kitchen and anticipate multiple visits a year from now on. Bastible is exactly what you’d expect from a Michelin experience: authentic interiors contributing to an atmosphere that is truly about what’s happening on the periphery of what the diners can see - the action packed kitchen. Simple table scapes in a pleasing palette with quality glassware and rustic flatware permit what’s on the plate and in the dish to shine. “Mark’s mushroom custard with ox tongue and sweetcorn” was a highlight for me. Great to see this standard of hospitality in Ireland - can’t wait to come back!

Overrated. Went because I heard so much good things about the place so maybe we got unlucky. The food was a mixed bag, I really enjoyed some of the dishes but I was still hungry at the end of it all and ended up going home for some snacks. Not what I had hoped at over €100 per person. The food looked incredible, but for the most part it didn’t taste as good as it looked. Good for Instagram.

Top class restaurant with excellent service and super diverse menu. It’s expensive but when consider the quality of what you are getting it’s actually good value.

Tuvimos la cena vegetariana de 10 platos a precio fijo. Fue realmente fantástico: La comida era inventiva y habitual, cada plato sabía muy bien, y a diferencia de muchas ofertas de precio fijo estábamos bastante llenos cuando terminamos. El servicio era amable y servicial también.
