My wife and I stayed two nights in Galway. We ate one night in town and reserved our last night for this restaurant on the promenade. The views were amazing. The meals were very good, but my beef was a bit overdone. I started with the cream of tomato and herb soup while my wife went with the chicken and mushroom vol au vent. For the main, I had the roast tip rib of beef in a redwine jus with vegetables. My wife ordered the special fish of baked hake with nduja sausage, capers, and a coriander salad. We had a wonderful de Martino Sauvignon Blac. All in all, a great dining experience.
