Bective Tea Rooms in

My new favourite place to eat great food in a warm and comfortable space. Hard working staff make it memorable.

Me and my partner came to stay at bective stud apartments on holiday and came for lunch at the tearooms on both days we were there as it was just so lovely we had to go back! The food was outstanding, the service was amazing, even when we were there and they had a busy rush we were still tended to so well by the lovely servers! It’s really affordable price wise too, 5 stars across the board, I would absolutely love to come back on holiday. The general manager Mark was especially great, a lovely guy that ran everything so smoothly, really took care of every customer and again, the food was amazing!

Lovely setting. Our server was Samantha and she is absolutely brilliant so friendly. Bit overpriced i think 7 euro for a slice of cake 14 euro for sandwich. But overall Lovely

Gorgeous spot, very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere.

Good selection of food for lunch. The portions are really big, definitely good value for money. Tables are a little cramped but seating is comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful when we had questions about the menu.

Just excellent all around, whoever complains here is just ungrateful in general with life. Thanks for the great experience will be back for sure, oh and the person serving us was 10/10.

I've been here several times and it never disappoints Had lunch there today. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Food couldn't have been nicer. Thank you for making a sixtieth birthday lunch extra special.

This is our second Visit to Bective Team rooms for Sunday Lunch. The Premises itself is just stunning. The food was gorgeous, and they offer a great selections of desserts. The Services is excellent, as the staff and super friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back. a lovely way to spend an afternoon.

Can't recommend Bective Tea Rooms enough! We booked the afternoon tea for a baby shower at the venue. We were seated in a more private area of the restaurant, which gave us room to move around and not be in the way of other guests which was amazing. The afternoon tea was fabulous, food was delicious and beautifully presented. Everyone is so friendly and beyond accommodating. We also ordered a cake through Bective for the event and it was gorgeous! Thank you so much for everything, we will be back!

Beautiful spot with well maintained & manicured gardens perfect place to while away a few hours and relax. The Staff are attentive and friendly providing a very welcoming atmosphere on arrival. You can choose to have your meal in the cafe itself which is delightful or outside in a private garden pod which is a wonderful touch Visited for lunch & at first we were a little turned off by the prices which are on the rather expensive side. This however was absolutely and utterly negated by the portion size & sheer quality of the food that was presented. We will definitely be back and I don't hesitate to recommend a visit.
