Bective Tea Rooms in

Can't recommend Bective Tea Rooms enough! We booked the afternoon tea for a baby shower at the venue. We were seated in a more private area of the restaurant, which gave us room to move around and not be in the way of other guests which was amazing. The afternoon tea was fabulous, food was delicious and beautifully presented. Everyone is so friendly and beyond accommodating. We also ordered a cake through Bective for the event and it was gorgeous! Thank you so much for everything, we will be back!

This is our second Visit to Bective Team rooms for Sunday Lunch. The Premises itself is just stunning. The food was gorgeous, and they offer a great selections of desserts. The Services is excellent, as the staff and super friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back. a lovely way to spend an afternoon.

Beautiful spot with well maintained & manicured gardens perfect place to while away a few hours and relax. The Staff are attentive and friendly providing a very welcoming atmosphere on arrival. You can choose to have your meal in the cafe itself which is delightful or outside in a private garden pod which is a wonderful touch Visited for lunch & at first we were a little turned off by the prices which are on the rather expensive side. This however was absolutely and utterly negated by the portion size & sheer quality of the food that was presented. We will definitely be back and I don't hesitate to recommend a visit.

This is such a gem of a location. Not only the beauty of the surroundings in this lush estate outside Trim where you can enjoy a nice walk, but the succulent menu of foods in cafe and variety of menus from breakfast to lunch. The staff we met today were just so genuinely nice, helpful and professional 👏 Treat yourself! You won't regret it

My family is visiting Ireland from the US and we ate at the Bective Tea Room after staying at the Bective apartments. The whole property is beautiful and ending our stay with a breakfast at the Bective Tea Room was so enjoyable! The staff were all so friendly and gave great service. The food was the best breakfast we’ve had on our trip! Highly recommend!

The tea rooms are absolutely charming and beautifully located, but unfortunately the food quality does not live up to the prices. On both occasions I visited, I left somewhat disappointed. For example, charging €15 for a French toast feels quite unreasonable given the standard offered. It’s such a shame, because the place itself is lovely and full of character, but they should really consider improving the food quality or adjusting the prices to match the experience.

UPDATED REVIEW. SEEMS LIKE A CHEF CHANGE HAS OBLITERATED THE QUALITY OF THE BREAKFAST. Really you would be disappointed if you got this quality from a petrol station deli. Cheaper ingredients used, especially the sausages and bacon. One egg was like a fake rubber one and the other was just about cooked. Lovely place. The food was pretty decent but not 5 star. Great coffee. You can buy grounds to take home also. Could definitely do with a bit more orgisation during busy times. Seating to food serving time 40mins last Saturday. Nice though.
