Brunch was fantastic. Food quality superb. Excellent shakshuka, rich tomato sauce, perfectly cooked eggs, and lovely feta on top. Served with sourdough👌🏻. Coffee fab as well. Place was really busy but staff were on it - great stuff

Staff were fantastic. Food is always great here. Plus you can go for a walk around the ground and treat yourself aftwerwards without feeling guilty. Would definitely recommend Bective Tea Rooms if you are in the area.

This was a fabulous afternoon tea. Everything from start to finish was perfect, the tea rooms are beautifully decorated, comfy tables and chairs. The staff were so nice and helpful. The food was amazing. Keep doing what you are doing team happy to give you o 10 out of 10 😊

Me and my partner came to stay at bective stud apartments on holiday and came for lunch at the tearooms on both days we were there as it was just so lovely we had to go back! The food was outstanding, the service was amazing, even when we were there and they had a busy rush we were still tended to so well by the lovely servers! It’s really affordable price wise too, 5 stars across the board, I would absolutely love to come back on holiday. The general manager Mark was especially great, a lovely guy that ran everything so smoothly, really took care of every customer and again, the food was amazing!

Lovely setting. Our server was Samantha and she is absolutely brilliant so friendly. Bit overpriced i think 7 euro for a slice of cake 14 euro for sandwich. But overall Lovely

Just excellent all around, whoever complains here is just ungrateful in general with life. Thanks for the great experience will be back for sure, oh and the person serving us was 10/10.
