Lovely place lovely staff. Worth the stop off. We were there from early till 4 eating and drinking. We weren't rush it was a lovely relaxed dining experience.

Arrived just before 4pm and was told kitchen closed at 4pm and menu states up untill 4.45pm online and 5pm closed. Was giving a dessert menu. I decided I would order a coffee and a scone and a child's ice cream. Was told scones are only served at 12 and was on the menu I was giving. Also asked for a child's ice cream and was told don't do ice cream. So ended up ordering a dessert for a 2 year old which cost €7. Coffee was nice. But to be honest I was disappointed. Everything was either a no we don't do and when leaving at 4.50pm there was people ordering more wine so can't understand that just before 4pm we were told no food been served and food been brought out at 4.20pm to other tables. We ended up having to drive else were toget food. It's a pity for a such a nice Saturday afternoon that it closes so early.

We have been here a few times for breakfast, and we loved it every time.

Have been here a couple of times . Recommend booking as always very busy . Staff and Fab just fantastic.

Great spot for afternoon tea which my wife recently treated me to. We were well stuffed, and well treated. The scenic walk down beside the stud was the cherry on top. My turn to treat my wife next weekend, and it will be very hard to top that!

Very impressed with Bective Tea Rooms. Lovely setting and very comfortable and nicely decorated interior. Couple of nice pods for dining also. Food well presented and tasty with nice helpful staff. Nice walk around the stud farm if you want to work up an appetite.

Beautiful place with gorgeous food

Lovely Irish place. Beautiful drive in to teach the tea rooms. Parking area is green and lush, very beautiful surrounds, when entering and especially when seated outside. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Love the diversity in staff. Food is really good; well presented and coffees and teas are hot when served (unlike some places).

Food and desserts were class. Fabulous old gatehouse. Lovely staff . Definitely worth waiting on a table. Wheelchair accessible. Will travel back again

Was here three days in a row with friends. Superb breakfast here. Freshly prepared, beautifully presented, great variety. Super service and beautiful building.
