Friendly staff, great pizza, you can ask for it to be made like real Italian style. The music selection isn't the best. Overall, highly recommended.

I've seen the Renaissance of this place - my mother always said "Change brings opportunity" and I can certain testify to that for this place. I've seen this place be brought back from the brink of death with new energy. The new manager Rachel is absolutely spectacular - always makes every visit feel personal. The staff are fantastic, and the food is honestly top quality: I've eaten food across the continent from Soho, London to Athens in Greece. And I can honestly say this little hidden gem rivals the very best.

I've been coming here for a long time, but this was my first time experiencing real customer service! The manager, Rachel, is a fantastic and attentive professional who welcomed me right at the door with a huge smile, making the experience incredible from start to finish. The other waitress (whose name I unfortunately forgot) was also super kind. The food was delicious, and even my request for oregano and cheese on the side was handled with a great attitude. Feeling so welcomed from beginning to end has completely changed my opinion of this restaurant. I highly recommend it! Thank you so much!

Had a lovely lunch at Bel Cibo in Smithfield today. Rachel was our hostess/waitress and was an absolute lady. She looked after us so well, was so friendly and attentive, and really made our visit special. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were huge—great value for money. Fantastic service and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

19/08/2026: Everything was great although one of the waiters I believe his name was Saba would not stop talking about his love for anime he also would lower the tone of his voice and say “Uwu” after serving every dish great service apart from that

Bellagio

10/08/2026: Good portion sizes and amazing service, thanks Ricardo
30/07/2026: Oh! By god! Dio Mio! Dio santo! Divination! Sacred Bliss! Pizza du Mario! By God! Tender as nonna's embrace! Noble as a paladin! Forgetful and free-spirited! May all dyspeptics tremble before the fluid labours of Mario: il miglior' fabbro! With the steady hands of sculptor (dough be his clay, the earth with which he moulds some meaning), Mario grasps the groundless strands of flailing existential despair and braids them, twirls them, spins them into something tangible, a meal to rest the beating heart, to give it abundance(!), a language of sensation, something to point to! Something to speak to and say: "in this, and with this I want to live! Amor Cibo! Let that be my love from now on! This shall be my constitution! That which fills my bones, my breast and pumping brain! With this meal I eat all that is necessary and beautiful, all that breaks its banks, all that sees beyond and overcomes! In leaps and nimble charm, in cheerful joyous motions I'll eat of this pizza and create myself anew! Mario! like a bee who has collected too much honey, you outpour your gleeful wealth, and for that I am thankful! Behold! Behold the coming of the new age! A nutrition! and a flourishing! The body moves with an ease, with an eager lightness of being, every friction has been resolved, and one feels the rippling motion of a wave, a going under, a going over, a sinking and a re-emergence! A seemingly ceaseless undulation!" Alas This is the effect of a Bellagio pizza made by chef Mario. A life-affirming intoxication, a Dionysian revelry! An exhalation of unbroken effect! Most suitably paired with a bottle of white.
