Took a detour to have a coffee. We were pleasently surprised by this beautifully decorated little cafe.The coffee etc was really good,Bens a lovely guy, we missed Lily! Thank you, Ann n Tom

Shallots

05/04/2026: I don't often get takeaways but when I do I go to shallots the food is unreal today I got the chicken madras and my husband got chicken jalfrzi the flavours are amazing I've tried other Indian takeaways and not one of them come near I would highly recommend this restaurant and also piping hot when my husband picked it up

18/11/2025: 10/10 highly recommend. So much choice on the Menu, it all looks great. Emma was a lovely server, very professional and 5 star service. I got a Vol-au-vent as a main with side salad and chips. I don't like coleslaw but first time ever eating as it was gorgeous. Food was brilliant. I got a coffee afterwards which was absolutely perfect. Lovely spot to drop in alone or with family/friends. Will be back
