Bergin's Pub in Portlaoise

20/07/2025: My favourite restaurant in Portlaoise. We are more inclined to order takeaway from here but we have eaten in a couple of times. The food is beautiful, it is always good quality. The takeaways are consistently good. My favourite things to order are the salt and chilli chicken, salt and chilli prawns and the rainbow. They also do a fantastic yaki soba and the curries and bento boxes are fabulous. The staff are absolutely lovely, the friendliest service in town. Can't praise this wonderful place enough.

14/07/2025: Fab little diner and takeaway. Friendly, prompt service with a decent menu (including kids options). Priced very well. Licensed as well so able to get a wee beer too!
