Beshoff Bros in Dublin

Edit : The Howth branch gets 5 stars compared to the Clontarf one, got fish & chips there and it was on a whole other level. Edit 2 : For Clontarf in response to the owner : It was a delivery order, I couldn't really "complain" to the staff, the delivery was only a 4 minute drive (just to avoid the "What did you expect it's a delivery" comment), and honestly the other recent 1 star reviews should have alerted you that something's wrong by now... go to the Howth branch and compare it with the Clontarf one yourself... It's honestly mid, nothing to write home about, chicken burger tasted like fish (as in, cooked in old oil which was used for fish previously), the cod was pretty good, but the chips... yeah, either reheated or from "the bottom", at least they were salted which was nice, but for the price i just can't justify the taste, sorry beshoff but i won't be recommending you to anyone today

The cod and chips were lovely but the portion sizes have been greatly reduced since my last visit. €16.95 for a fresh cod and chips is too expensive. A soft drink is not included in that price. Way more expensive than other similar businesses

Great gluten free options, big portion

They do Gluten-free! So happy we were able to try this fish and chips while in Dublin. It's always so sad when I can't order it from other restaurants because there's no GF option. The piece of fish was huge and the crispy batter was delicious. I got the salt and vinegar on the chips and it was yummy, not too overpowering. Tartare sauce was great too. Quick service.

Food is good but Howth should do gluten food like the other branches
