Betelnut Cafe in Dublin

Food is amazing and the staff very friendly. I got the goat cheese sambo. Lovely.

Had an amazing avocado toast and Mocha for breakfast. The manager’s service was outstanding; she’s incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I recently discovered this café, and no matter when I come in — whether it is in the morning or in the evening, when it is busy or when there are only a few guests — the staff always greet me warmly, with a smile, and are ready to provide the best service. They are always happy to help with any questions about the menu. So far, I have tried the salmon bagel and the cheese toast. Both were excellent, with fresh ingredients and truly delicious combinations. Special praise goes to the latte I usually order, always served with lovely coffee art. Thank you for creating such a welcoming atmosphere that makes me want to come back.

Lovely staff and relaxing place to have a cuppa

I was working in the area so this place was close by. I was happy to see soup with brown bread on the menu which was very hearty and served in a nice bowl on a wooden platter. It was delicious. I ordered a cappuccino after this and it was very good. I dropped by later on for another break after trying the square which was too crowded. I had a simple plate of chicken gougons with fries. It came with a garlic dip and a sweet chilli dip, all very tasty. It's a quiet place with friendly staff and a nice customer atmosphere. It was nice to relax and enjoy my food and coffee without the hustle and bustle of the nearby square complex. Thank you.

Great atmosphere, great location, but above all the staff are very friendly, as are the regulars. When my wife was suffering from a migraine while out, the staff kept the store open past closing so she could sit and wait for her medicine to kick in. From that time alone she has made tons of friends at the café both new and regulars, and I thank them for providing such a lovely environment for the local workers in the area. Also, in relation to a more recent 1 star complaint, I'm sorry you felt intimidated by the regulars at the cafe talking loudly. Maybe they were trying to talk over you, as you were being incredibly xenophobic & talking about all the "foreigners committing crimes and stealing jobs," and that's not the kind of person welcome in such a lovely establishment. Food for thought, lady 🤷‍♂️

Top class service,I ordered the two poached eggs,vine tomato's,two pieces of pigs back bacon,two pieces of toast and they made this handmade sweet kind of bitter I dont know how to explain it kind of chutney but I'm impressed with how the service is here the food is amazing,the atmosphere is on point and the tea and coffee is 🤌 ,I'll definitely be calling back in here.bye guys.
