Lots of tourists and sometimes rather unhelpful service. The selection of sconces, buns, and swirls is quite limited ("sold out" at 3 pm), but the Earl Grey tea is very good.

We visited for breakfast from a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint! The decor was great, staff were friendly (even convinced us to have a pastry after our breakfast which was amazing). Was so good we went back the following day. Definitely a go to for breakfast. Almond Croissant was incredible!!

Visited Bewley’s Oriental Café in Dublin and had a lovely experience. I tried their Irish Coffee, and it was rich, smooth, and had a nice strong kick from the alcohol. We also had the buttermilk scone, which was soft, fresh, and very tasty. The café has a charming atmosphere and is a nice place to sit down, relax, and enjoy a classic Dublin café experience. Overall, a pleasant visit with good coffee, tasty pastries, and a memorable setting.

Awesome 👌. Everyone should get breakfast- and afternoon tea and buns - at this Dublin landmark. Wonderful service and great surroundings.

04/04/2026: I had a fantastic experience at The Hudson Rooms, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waitress, Natalie. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. Natalie really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. She was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times. Her friendly attitude and genuine care made the whole experience feel special.
