05/09/2026: Visiting from London - lovely Sat AM class with Aoife! Never used the wheel before but seen in Dharma classes in London. Will try a class! Loved the awareness and breath focus from Aoife. Thank you!

20/08/2026: Little Bird Yoga Studio is an incredible place—I have honestly never seen a studio so well-equipped. The room itself is gorgeous, with high ceilings and so much space to simply breathe. The class with Hannah as an instructor ---->>> priceless. She teaches with such intuition, ease, and just the right amount of gentle challenge. Her deeply meditative, movement-based practice made all the difference—I arrived feeling as heavy as a ton of coal and left feeling light as a feather.
