Bison Bar in Dublin

We didn't try the food; it was just okay for a few pints. We went in because it didn't look very crowded, but they had live music. The bar area isn't very big, and we ordered pints that were served in plastic cups... For me, that's a crime. The price was the usual, and the service was a bit slow. That's all.

Lovely place for a bite or a pint. Perfect for a drink before the bus as the bus station is right outside the bar.

A good restaurant for smoked meats, especially brisket. The mac and cheese and sweet potato fries are also highly recommended. Prices aren't too high compared to other places in Dublin.

As a midwesterner the wings were good

Highly recommend visiting The Bison Bar in Dublin City centre. It’s a great location if you’re looking for a cool bar just out of Tremple Bar. It’s has a great little beer garden in the back and great Guinness. Go check it out!

The place is fantastic, and the food is incredible. So well prepared, full of taste and flavour. Burgers, chips, and meat all superb! And the service is amazing!!!!! Hayra and Mariana were very attentive, nice, welcoming and friendly.

So so so good! Hayra served a large group of us and she was so nice and efficient. Brisket was DELISH!

Food was very well seasoned, fresh, hot and reasonably priced for Dublin. Almost comparable to a bbq joint in Texas, would recommend the brisket. The 2 meat combo platter was plenty for two people.

Food is incredible with so much flavour and quality. Great selection of BBQ options and even some classic and interesting burger options. Great value for the quality of the food and decent portion size. Loved having the ability to mix and match with different menu items. Will definitely be returning.
