Scrumptious food. Friendly staff.

The cappuccino and croissant were good, but I'd advise against any other breakfast options. The avocado toast was a complete disaster. It was served on a baguette, not on toast, and the knives were so blunt they couldn't cut it. The bacon was completely oversalted. We paid almost €40 and had an inedible breakfast experience.

Blend Cafe is a lovely, relaxed spot perfect for a casual catch-up or some solo downtime. I spent around €12 on a cappuccino and a slice of their homemade cake both were spot on, tasty and fresh. The vibe is bright and airy with a simple, modern feel that makes you want to stay a little longer. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely a nice place to unwind with good coffee and treats.

Great coffee in the middle of Sligo. Opens earlier than the other ones around town. Great flat white and very creamy cappuccino
