Boojum in Limerick

What a lovely, clean and modern place this is. Its the first thing you notice walking in. Impressed that they were open too at 7pm. Doesn't get 5 stars for a few issues. First they weren't taking cash which was annoying because that's how I was going to pay, the food was lovely and tasty however the burrito fell apart easily after a few bites and the fillings were a tad scarce in places but as mentioned place was lively and staff friendly. Will be back..... Edit: This place has gone massively downhill since. Second last trip was ok but still gave it one more chance two weeks back & it was awful. Staff still can't wrap a burrito properly but the fillings were rotten, like I'd to buy a pack of chewing gum and finish the pack to get the awful taste out of my mouth. Most tables were dirty sitting in and the 3 tables opposite me had food left on them and not cleaned off for the 25 mins I was there. Shame but most Boojum franchises seem to be slipping outside of Limerick as well.

The Alt Pastor Tacos with Chipotle Sour Cream was the best and most flavourful vegan dish I've had at a fast food restaurant. It was actually spicy! I loved it. The store was extremely busy so coming in prepared is recommended.

A little more attention to the customer, the food is good only a little attention to the customer is lacking.

I ordered a too good to go bag. Lady manning the cash register asked if I had any allergies or preferences. I told her I have the soap gene so minimal cilantro please and she looked through the premade bags and couldn't find anything suitable. I also asked for a tortilla on the side. I got a freshly dished bowl with a warm tortilla for 5 euro. Definitely coming back! The food is delicious and the customer service was second to none.
