Boojum in Limerick

The Alt Pastor Tacos with Chipotle Sour Cream was the best and most flavourful vegan dish I've had at a fast food restaurant. It was actually spicy! I loved it. The store was extremely busy so coming in prepared is recommended.

A little more attention to the customer, the food is good only a little attention to the customer is lacking.

I ordered a too good to go bag. Lady manning the cash register asked if I had any allergies or preferences. I told her I have the soap gene so minimal cilantro please and she looked through the premade bags and couldn't find anything suitable. I also asked for a tortilla on the side. I got a freshly dished bowl with a warm tortilla for 5 euro. Definitely coming back! The food is delicious and the customer service was second to none.

It used be so much better. Yum. Burrito bowl. Now it's max the profit with everything but the flavour. From bowls full to the brim that could hardly stay closed to my last one which was a full 2.5cm from the top.... and no the place wasn't busy but the food service area looked like a bomb had gone off recently. Staff are pleasant but frightened looking like managers have stifled all the enthusiasm , individuality and pride out of them. I think Boojum has lost its way and the only way it can remember now is to the bank deposit counter..... pity.
