Got coffee after a walk around Trim Castle and the surrounding grounds - coffee was really good, as was the sandwich (the Chorizo one, can't remember the exact name sorry) - and the baked cookies are really nice. The Oreo and Nutella one is the one I chose, very tasty! They're also dog-friendly which is lovely, overall a wonderful little spot.
