28/07/2026: Wonderful. Grabbed a late breakfast there with my family. The lads friendly , welcoming and accommodating. Food was so good we didnt have time to think about taking pictures of it. We had pancakes x2 (serving is 4 pancakes plate) lattes x2 and the breakfast blaa x2. There is a little self service for water at the bar. That came about €50 Delicious and homey!Definitely coming back for more.Friendly service. Free wifi . There is a bathroom for diners. Enough said.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
26/07/2026: A lovely spot for coffee in the heart of Trim town. Friendly and attentive staff with a nice outside seating area - but my God the prices!€4.95 for a small piece of carrot cake and the same for a Rocky Road!

26/09/2026: Amazing spot, good pint o Guinness and great setting especially outside overlooking the ruins. The locals were lovely and happy to stop for a chat and ask about our day.

08/08/2026: We had just a quick stop there. Nice terrace, good pints and huge inside with darts and pool.
21/07/2026: We stopped for a drink while touring the area. Best view ever to sit on the back patio overlooking the river! Local feel, million dollar views! The food looked good although we didn’t order any. Stop here if you’re in the area!

15/09/2026: Such a great vibe at this restaurant! Lovely, engaged staff and great food. Ioana was our server and made excellent recommendations based on what we liked. We had a pizza, mushroom soup and cheesecake, and everything was superb. The cheesecake especially was absolutely delicious!
We sat outside with our dog with Trim Castle as the backdrop. Just perfect!
13/09/2026: We stopped at Flambé after exploring Trim and had a really nice experience. We had our dog with us, so the dog-friendly outdoor seating was perfect, especially with the great view of Trim Castle. Our server, Ioana, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we had a lovely chat with her as well. Good food, beautiful setting, and genuinely friendly service — definitely a nice place to stop when visiting Trim.

Playing pitbull from like 10+ years ago and Abba Songs or DJ Ötzi - Hey Baby. Cringe worthy playlist. needs a new catalogue

23/09/2026: Possibly the best Indian I have ever had. We usually get takeaways but try to go in and sit down every few months. Food is delicious and extremely tasty. Have never had a bad dish. Service from either the takeaway or restaurant is always top notch. Would highly recommend the Goan Prawn Curry, thats my favourite.
