25/10/2025: I've passed through Trim quite literally hundreds of times and never knew of the existence of The Coffee Works.
It was just a fiat white and a scone, but it was a good flat white and a good scone.
I'll be back.

03/05/2026: First time visiting for dinner. We booked a table for 6 and was greeted fantastic from the start. Food was excellent and good value. Staff were fantastic and will be coming back again and worth the trip up from Dublin.

15/05/2026: Wasn't there in time to get food, but they did recommend I grab takeaway from the Chinese upstairs which was a good shout! Really cool draught selection and nice beer garden sitting on the Boyne
14/04/2026: Didn't have the chance to eat here however, this is a really nice and comfortable place to hang out. Staff are very friendly and accommodating even on a quiet Tuesday night (thank you Shauna!). Smoking area would be amazing on a nice summers day. Favourite, and only pub I've been to in Trim.

07/07/2025: Great spot in trim town centre. Very small front of house then opens up into very modern well decorated seating area at the back with 2 seperate rooms with bars for seperate rental. We visited on a Sunday. Was quiet but we stayed for several hours. Good service and great surroundings. We stayed at trim castle hotel which is 5 min walk from here. We will 100% be back. Maybe on a fri or sat next time

Never had a Chicken Puri that is chicken just covered on sweet chilli sauce. King prawn Balti was just tasteless with little flavour.
As for the breads small and way too doughy.
I wouldn't recommend this place

Two wonderful hours of nature on the calm waters of the river, accompanied by countless bird species, fish, and so much tranquility.

03/11/2025: Had to organise breakfasts for the Celtic reenactors for the Púca festival for 4days and Rosemary were so accommodating! Needed 40 baps every morning and they went above and beyond for us, especially regarding dietary requirements! Tastiest breakfast baps ever. Every single person was raving about how amazing they were.
Would highly recommend. Can honestly say they'll be getting our business for years to come!
