28/07/2026: Wonderful. Grabbed a late breakfast there with my family. The lads friendly , welcoming and accommodating. Food was so good we didnt have time to think about taking pictures of it. We had pancakes x2 (serving is 4 pancakes plate) lattes x2 and the breakfast blaa x2. There is a little self service for water at the bar. That came about €50 Delicious and homey!Definitely coming back for more.Friendly service. Free wifi . There is a bathroom for diners. Enough said.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

26/07/2026: A lovely spot for coffee in the heart of Trim town. Friendly and attentive staff with a nice outside seating area - but my God the prices!€4.95 for a small piece of carrot cake and the same for a Rocky Road!

21/07/2026: We stopped for a drink while touring the area. Best view ever to sit on the back patio overlooking the river! Local feel, million dollar views! The food looked good although we didn’t order any. Stop here if you’re in the area!

26/07/2026: Every other Google review I've left has been positive, so it takes a lot for me to write a review like this. We had an absolutely appalling experience tonight at Stockhouse. We booked a table for five at 7.30pm for my mother's birthday and ended up leaving at 10pm without ever being served our mains. Our order wasn't taken until around 8pm, and only after we called someone over. Our starters didn't arrive until 9.10pm, again only after we asked. By that stage, the table beside us (table of 4 who came in the same time as us) had already received their mains about 25 minutes earlier. They had finished their meal and left before we had seen a single main course. Nobody checked on us all evening without us having to catch their attention. We also watched two other groups complain and leave. At around 9.50pm, my father asked the table of 4 who came in the same time as us if they had finished and paid, and mentioned that we were still waiting on our mains. At 10pm, which is the restaurant’s closing time, my father raised the issue with the owner. There was no acknowledgement of how long we'd been waiting, no apology and no explanation. Instead, the owner criticised my father for "ballyragging the restaurant to the other table". My father came back and sat down, but the owner followed him over, repeated the accusation and told us that discussing the service with another table was a disgrace. That was the point we decided to leave. As we were going, the owner also told us at the reception desk that we should be ashamed of ourselves and that in thirteen years of business he had never had people like us in the restaurant. The explanation we were given for the delay was that we had ordered ribs as a starter. If ribs take over an hour to reach the table, they simply shouldn't be on the menu. For the owner to speak to my father like that, in front of my mother on her birthday, was completely unacceptable. We offered to pay for what we'd had but were refused by the manager. I can't help wondering if we simply ended up bearing the brunt of the owner's frustration after at least 2 other tables had already complained and walked out shortly before us. None of this reflects on the kitchen or floor staff, who were clearly doing their best. The responsibility lies with the ownership for what was clearly a lack of systems, training, planning or all of the above.

18/06/2026: Had our day 2 of wedding here recently. Shannon was great to deal with from the start. Room was perfect and nicely decorated. Food , staff and atmosphere all made for a great day.

07/06/2026: Really really good pub, with amazingly friendly staff, but the music is ear deafening and you cannot hear a thing. You have to scream to hear what someone is saying

09/08/2026: Fantastic meal here today. Bith pasta dishes, 1 with seafood 1 with chicken. Lots if seafood in the dish, cooked perfectly, arrabiata beautifully spiced.And plenty of 8t. Desserts fab and coffee perfect..quiet during the day. But this place is good value for money and great tasty food..would highly recommend

03/07/2026: Cute little café with a solid coffee and lunch menu. Had the double quarter pound burger and it was really good, perfectly toasted bun, lettuce and pickles crisp and fresh. The meat itself was a bit on the bland side, seasoning seems to be lighter here than what I’m used to, but it didn’t ruin the overall bite. Wait staff were friendly and attentive, service was quick. Good spot for lunch if you’re visiting Trim Castle.

27/08/2026: Most recommended indian food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at Khan Spices Indian Restaurant. The food was delicious and full of flavour, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Indian food. I will be visiting again!

17/08/2026: We were a group of five and found it primarily because of the vegan options. Even on a Saturday evening, it wasn't a problem to find a table, and the staff were very welcoming. The food was quite spicy, but incredibly delicious. The owner even stopped by briefly to say hello and chat with us. If you enjoy Middle Eastern food and are looking for vegan options, Khan Spices is the place to go!

12/07/2026: The food was really good, by far the best place I have eaten at in Ireland. Service was imaculate too and the food we ordered came really fast. Overall a delightful experience.
