26/05/2025: I recently popped in for a quick treat and was greeted by the warmest atmosphere ever. The girl at the till had the friendliest and kindest energy, being served by her was a treat. I would recommend this to anyone in Trim, what a lovely establishment!

22/08/2025: I think I had the best cheese burger I have ever tasted. Very polite staff. Quick service. I feel mean only giving the atmosphere 3 stars but its a burger van with outdoor seating. It's a place to sit when its not raining. There is nothing wrong with it (clean and plenty of bins nearby) but it is a place to sit not a place to party. You go for the burger they create, you create your own atmosphere

01/11/2025: I dont usually review, but this was worth the effort. The staff are well trained and lovely. The menu is diverse and brilliant- nothing is too much trouble for the waitresses or chief. Definitely good value for what you get... even if I do pour pancakes and Nutella on my lap- the bathroom is spotless reflecting the attention to detail!

08/11/2025: I had an incredible dining experience at Flambé in Trim! The food was absolutely amazing — every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Kids where amazed with theyr pizza. The service was excellent as well; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, creating the perfect setting for an enjoyable meal.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, top-notch service, and a lovely, peaceful ambiance!

12/11/2025: The food is actually not bad. Got takeaway now couple times never had any issues with the food. But and this is coming from a former kitchen manager. You guys need to get organized. How in hell can it be that one person takes the then makes the order and before taking the next order going the the bathroom to refill toilet paper. If you guy had proper structua and proper working station. Food would fly out. Teams devided in stations and on rotation. One team takes orders pwhile the others wait for the orders to come in and work them away. I'd be happy to come in and lay out a proper structured plan in order to maximise efficiency and speed up the process. As I said I've done that for over 15 years. I'd be happy to do it for free.

18/09/2025: Delightful wee place full of love. Best sandwich I've had yet on unbelievable bread. Truffle ball for dessert which is the perfect richness and cakey and not too sweet. The couple that served us were so kind, and Saoirse had the brightest smile. Exactly the stop we needed after wandering Trim Castle.

27/08/2025: We stopped over to grab a beer on our way back from the Trim Castle. No complaints about the Guinness beer, however the atmosphere was a let down. Radio playing in the background, an infant crying (yes in a pub) and their toilet hygiene was a disaster
