Order: Meat Feat Pizza Price: €15.50 - Good Value Taste: Great wood fired flavour and fresh toppings. Time: Took 10 - 15 minutes to receive food on a quiet day. Staff: Very Friendly

The place is quite nice. I went there with 2 friends and we all ordered pizza. My order was the CHORIZO PIZZA. It was really tasty, so I would definitely go back to MED again if I live in Trim. Fries were awesome too! Restaurant is close to many monuments in the city, therefore you can make a pit-stop there to have a good meal.

Had the fish and chips, so tasty. Served with home made tartar sauce. Quick service and food was lovely and hot. Everyone at our table had the fish n chips and loved them.

15/09/2026: Such a great vibe at this restaurant! Lovely, engaged staff and great food. Ioana was our server and made excellent recommendations based on what we liked. We had a pizza, mushroom soup and cheesecake, and everything was superb. The cheesecake especially was absolutely delicious! We sat outside with our dog with Trim Castle as the backdrop. Just perfect!
13/09/2026: We stopped at Flambé after exploring Trim and had a really nice experience. We had our dog with us, so the dog-friendly outdoor seating was perfect, especially with the great view of Trim Castle. Our server, Ioana, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we had a lovely chat with her as well. Good food, beautiful setting, and genuinely friendly service — definitely a nice place to stop when visiting Trim.
