Beautiful little Bistro with lovely staff. Food was also really nice

Cute little café with a solid coffee and lunch menu. Had the double quarter pound burger and it was really good, perfectly toasted bun, lettuce and pickles crisp and fresh. The meat itself was a bit on the bland side, seasoning seems to be lighter here than what I’m used to, but it didn’t ruin the overall bite. Wait staff were friendly and attentive, service was quick. Good spot for lunch if you’re visiting Trim Castle.

I recently visited Rosemary Bistro and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout, which created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The menu offers a good variety of options, ranging from seafood chowder to burgers, sandwiches, and salads, making it suitable for different tastes. While the service was slightly slower than expected, this was understandable given the size of our order. In terms of food quality, the experience was somewhat mixed. The seafood chowder was flavourful, although it lacked a wider variety of ingredients. The burgers, however, were on the dry side, and the panini was disappointing as it did not include any noticeable pesto despite being listed on the menu. Overall, the pricing was fair for what was offered. With some improvements in consistency and attention to detail in the dishes, this place has the potential to deliver a stronger dining experience.
