Cannot fault this place at all. Absolutely fantastic, from the moment you walk in the doors to the moment you leave. The staff are amazing, the food is outstanding and an overall lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Ok...... Where do I start...? First need more stars. 10/10 all day long. Food is amazing Staff are phenomenally nice. So pleasant. Restaurant is stunning with beautiful views if Trim Castle. Side note from my other half, cocktails are beautiful 😍 ha ha Thank you guys

First time visiting for dinner. We booked a table for 6 and was greeted fantastic from the start. Food was excellent and good value. Staff were fantastic and will be coming back again and worth the trip up from Dublin.

Don’t miss the chance to dine at Flambe’ if ever you’re nearby, perhaps visiting Trim Castle! We had a lovely large family dinner here and got to meet the owner, Carrol Ann, who was charming and very hospitable! The fish and chips were the best we had while traveling around Ireland for 9 days, with homemade dill tartar sauce, her new head chef’s creation! Pizzas, burgers, salads, seafood and some local fare, this is a perfect venue for your dinner while in the area.

We visited the Castle and the area, and we stopped here just to have some drinks and something to eat. We were expecting nothing, but got quite a good impression. We got a really good recommendation, the food was awesome, really good. We even got a little chat with a person (I think it was the owner), about wines and the restaurant. The service was incredible. Deffinitely coming back.

It was an interesting experience. I went with some friends, and I'm leaving this review because of the excellent service, the friendliness of the staff, and how they went out of their way to make our visit a memorable one. The food was delicious, at least what we tried. It was a pleasure chatting with the owner. The only downside was that I forgot to order a nice bottle of Pinot Grigio 🤣

Flambé is a beautiful restaurant in an absolutely stunning setting with views of the river Boyne and Trim castle. The decor and ambiance is fantastic. We were greeted by the most welcoming owner Carol Anne and were attended to by her most professional and friendly staff. Our meal was delicious and we will definitely be planning a repeat visit. I would highly recommend this restaurant . Thank you all at Flambé for a beautiful evening.

A+++ Unique location overlooking Trim Castle, chosen for dinner on the recommendation of our B&B. Parking is available in front. Tastefully and elegantly furnished, with soft background music. Varied menu, including both cuisine and pizza, good selection of drinks (including local) and cocktails. Four adults ordered two beef fillets, a chicken supreme, and an "Amore" pizza with the inevitable pint of Guinness. Everyone was very satisfied with the quality and quantity. The dishes included tasty sides (the sautéed broccoli was exceptional) and sauces (the "garlic" was delicious). The tender fillets melted in your mouth, without a trace of sinew. The pizza was very good (and we're Italian, so... particularly picky about it!), with a thick crust, cooked in an Italian wood-fired oven, and generous toppings. The price was very reasonable for the quality. Service was punctual, kind, helpful, smiling, and ready to talk. Highly recommended! Thank you.
